How rankings work

- Rankings split by tier (Rookie / Hustler / Boss / Legend) so new members compete on a level field.
- Earnings are summed in USD equivalent across whichever local currencies you were paid in.
- Display names show only the first character + ***, or last 4 digits of phone — your full identity is never shown publicly.
